Margaretta Days Festival & Craft Fair 18th Century Encampments, demonstrations and skirmishes. The first naval battle of the American Revolution occurred in Machias in June of 1775. Other battles took place in 1776 and 1777. Friday evening & Saturday June 14 & 15, 2024 at the University of Maine at Machias.
