Historical Encampment at the Gathering at Garst

Historical Timeline Event from Native American Civilizations to the Civil War Era.  Vendors, demonstrators, speakers, music and reenactors will remind and teach us about defining events and peoples who shaped our country’s history.  Hear the stories, throw a tomahawk or shoot a muzzleloader, take part in a pioneer challenge, watch the cannons fire.  Public admission is free.  There is a modern celebration across the “time zone” (street) as well, all celebration proceeds benefit our local Garst Museum.  Come join us!
