April 2023 is once again the time for the annual Grassy Run Heritage Rendezvous at the historic Cook Log Cabin Heritage Center. This is a pre-1840 historical encampment. The cabin will be open and a period blacksmith shop will be operating. The main camp will be on the grounds of Goshen High School, with access from their parking lot. Friday is school day with public days on Saturday and Sunday with a small admission fee charged. Numerous demonstrators and vendors of period crafts and skills used by the pioneers who settled this area will be present. Period interpreters will also talk about their experiences during that time. Wood and water will be provided for campers and vendors. Port-o-lets will be available for all to use. Also follow our Facebook page (GRHAC) for the latest information.
