June 16th, 1774 to June 16th, 2024!
250 Years since Harrodsburg’s Founding.
- We will be celebrating starting with a SAR Presentation, Parade, and Pageants on June 8th.
- Ending with a Founder’s Day celebration on June 16th, 2024.
- Settlers, natives, and traders will be encamped at Fort Harrod, and demonstrations will go on all day from the 13th – 16th with a raid on the fort Saturday at 3:00 PM.
- Events going on all over town those four days and even a canoe trip on the KY River for re-enactors.
- We are interested in getting as many re-enactors as we can for the Parade and the encampment here at Old Fort Harrod State Park. We will limit space for traders so contact the park soon.
