Richland Early American Center for History invites you our 10th Annual American Heritage Days at South Park. We have a small historic village located in the city consisting of an authentic 1812 Blockhouse, 1808 Log Cabin, and a period working Blacksmithing/Coopers Shop. We’re looking for 18th and 19th Century re-enactors to bring the weekend to life on Saturday, October 3rd and Sunday, October 4th, 2026.
Throughout the day there will be crafts, trades, demonstrations, and activities, including Blacksmithing, Games and Children’s Activities, Open Hearth Cooking Demonstrations, and Civilian and Military Reenactments.
Admission and parking are free to the public.
**Food Truck will be on site for our event for visitors. Wood, water, and portable restrooms supplied. Campfires allowed.

For Re-enactors: Setup is Friday, October 2, 2026. We welcome French & Indian Wars (1740-1763), Colonial Period (1764-1774), American Revolution (1775-1783)
Young Republic (1796-1811), War of 1812 (1812-1815), and Native Encampment. Registration is required.
