How to Submit a New Event

We offer multiple ways for New Events to be added to the Reenacting Schedule Website.  

  1. Create an account by selecting New User Registration from the menu.  Once the account is completed by responding to the email you will receive, you are ready to submit a new event.  Once you choose to submit the new event, you will be taken to a page where you will add the necessary information. Using this method gives you the most control over the content of your event.  You can make any changes and updates you desire.  When it comes time to recreate the event of the next year, you can simply duplicate the previous event and make whatever changes are needed.  
  2. A second way of submitting a new event is to provide the information to us and we will create the event and submit it for you.  To make this a smooth transfer of the needed information, you can fill in an Event Submission Form.  We will take this information and create your event listing.  Using this method, any changes will need to be sent to us by email.
  3. Finally, a third way is to send us your event flyer or social media link.  This method takes the longest as we search for the necessary information, but we have done this successfully for many events.  Send info to [email protected]
